Colaw Fitness now provides ALL MEMBERS with access to FREE instruction and demonstrations performed by a certified personal trainer. This free service is designed to expose members to safe and effective exercises that target, strengthen, and tone all of the body's major muscle groups. These classes are limited to the first 3 members who sign up. Members may sign up, in person and in advance, for these classes at the trainers' desk. Each class will begin promptly at the trainers' desk.

Program Includes: Program Design (build of the exercise notebook) -Nutritional Seminar (teaching of the nutrition) -Take Measurements - Photo - Schedule out all sessions -Personal Trainer teaching the best exercises for goals for (2 weeks) - (6) (30 minute sessions) -Check Ups (every other week a (30 minute) Check Up session will be performed. The trainer will provide proper nutritional guidance and adjustment, workout guidance and adjustment, motivational counseling, and accountability at each Check Up to ensure success.
